New Chef Marcu Ted Williams brings his traditional style to our eclectically classic menu. All our ingredients are local if not organic and organic if not local. Our food not only looks good, but tastes good, too....and is good for you! We make all our own bread, pastas, desserts, sauces and stocks. We use only Gulf of Maine seafood except for Alaskan Salmon in season. We will not serve Tuna or Swordfish as stocks are not sustainable. We know who grows, raises and often who caught the food we serve.
Please note that you will not find us on Twitter, Facebook, Kayak, Plaxo or any other social network. You will find us here at the Brooklin Inn every day, all day! Visit, call or email for any questions you have or information we might have that could assist you. Chip and Gail Angell, hosts.
